新课改在强调课程层面、知识层面及课堂层面变化的同时,还蕴含了教师文化的变革。教师文化是指教师的价值观念的取向和行为方式,多体现于教师的思想和教学实践,是动态和静态的结合。教师文化的建构与教师的专业成长是密切相关的,要用发展的眼光看待教师文化。传统的以教师为中心的封闭性的、孤立性的教师文化已不再适应新课改的需要。因此,在实践中,要积极构建以民主、合作、开放为特征的新型教师文化,提高教师专业发展水平,促进教师的专业发展。
The new curriculum reform emphasizes the curriculum level, the knowledge level and the classroom level change, but also contains the teacher culture change. Teachers’ culture refers to the orientation and behavior of teachers’ values. They are mostly reflected in the teachers’ thinking and teaching practice and are the combination of the dynamic and the static. The construction of teacher’s culture is closely related to the professional growth of teachers, and teachers’ culture should be viewed from the perspective of development. The traditional teacher-centered closed, isolated teacher culture no longer meets the needs of the new curriculum reform. Therefore, in practice, we should actively construct a new type of teacher culture characterized by democracy, cooperation and openness, enhance the professional development of teachers and promote the professional development of teachers.
