本文阐述了水泥刨花板受弯构件的实际工作状态。当采用加筋增强这种受弯构件时,其效果是刚度显著提高和由脆性破坏转变为塑性破坏。 通过试验研究获得这种构件合宜的配筋率及其破坏机理,由此提出加筋水泥刨花板受弯构件的计算方法。在此基础上,设计出加筋水泥刨花板屋面板,荷载试验表明,这种屋面板具有足够的承载能力和刚度,与同类钢筋砼屋面板相比,其重量减轻约80%,有明显的经济效果。
This article describes the actual working conditions of the flexural members of cement particleboard. When stiffened reinforced members are used, the effect is a significant increase in stiffness and a change from brittle failure to plastic failure. The appropriate reinforcement ratio and the failure mechanism of this kind of component are obtained through the experimental study, and the calculation method of the flexural component of the reinforced cement particleboard is proposed. Based on this, a reinforced concrete chipboard roof slab was designed. The load test showed that this kind of roof slab has sufficient bearing capacity and stiffness. Compared with the same type of reinforced concrete roof slab, its weight is reduced by about 80%, and there is a clear economy. effect.
