目的了解云南省巍山县布鲁菌病(布病)疫情,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法对云南省巍山县2012-2015年布病疫情调查资料进行整理,分析布病流行特征及分布规律。结果 2012-06-04云南省大理州医院报告巍山县首例布病病例,2012-2015年共报告布病9例,其中:男性6例、女性3例,男女比例为2∶1;6岁1例、32~58岁8例;牧民5例、兽医2例、工人1例、散居儿童1例;州级医院报告5例、省级医院报告1例、县疾控中心报告3例,县级和乡镇级医疗机构未报告疫情;第1-4季度分别报告1、5、1和2例,以干燥多风的第2季报告的最多;病例散在分布于6个乡镇。结论云南省大理州医院2012-06-04报告巍山县首例布病以来,布病病例不断出现,病例以牧民和兽医为主。
Objective To understand the epidemic situation of brucellosis (brucellosis) in Weishan County, Yunnan Province, and to provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control measures. Methods The survey data of brucellosis in Weishan County of Yunnan Province from 2012 to 2015 were sorted out to analyze the epidemic characteristics and distribution of brucellosis. Results 2012-06-04 Yunnan Dali State Hospital reported the first cases of brucellosis in Weishan County and 9 cases of brucellosis in 2012-2015, including 6 males and 3 females, with a ratio of 2: 1 1 in aged patients, 8 in 32-58 years old; 5 in herdsmen, 2 in veterinarians, 1 in workers and 1 in scattered children; 5 in state-level hospitals, 1 in provincial-level hospitals and 3 in CDCs, Outbreaks were not reported at county and township level medical institutions; 1, 5, 1 and 2 cases were reported during the first three quarters of the year respectively, with the second quarter reporting the driest and windiest conditions; the cases were scattered among the six townships. Conclusion Dali State Hospital of Yunnan Province 2012-06-04 Since the first case of brucellosis in Weishan County, cases of brucellosis have been reported continuously. Cases mainly include pastoralists and veterinarians.
