本文对于强迫对流条件下水平壁面上水蒸汽凝华结霜问题提出了有关参数的表达式,分析论述了凝华结霜过程中基本的传热传质规律。在考虑霜层密度和环境温度对霜层结构产生影响的情况下给出了凝华结霜速率方程,同时在假定初始霜层中温度是线性分布的条件下给出了确定霜密度初值的方程组。本文对凝华结霜增长速率方程组和选择初值的方程组进行数值计算的程序设计,在TRS—80计算机上对不同条件下结霜速率进行了数值计算,其结果基本符合Yorko和Sepsy的实验数值[1]。
In this paper, the expressions of the relevant parameters for water vapor condensation and frost formation on the horizontal wall under forced convection are proposed, and the basic heat and mass transfer rules in the process of condensation and frost formation are analyzed and discussed. The frosting rate equation is given considering the frost layer density and the ambient temperature affect the frost layer structure. Meanwhile, the initial value of the frost density is given under the assumption that the initial frost layer has a linear temperature distribution equation set. In this paper, the equations of frost growth rate and initial equations were numerically calculated. On the TRS-80 computer, the frosting rates under different conditions were numerically calculated. The results were basically consistent with those of Yorko and Sepsy Experimental values [1].
