目的:观察养肝利胆颗粒对豚鼠胆囊胆色素结石的生化学影响。方法:应用雄性豚鼠建立胆色素结石模型,随机分为正常组、模型组和养肝利胆颗粒组,每组8只。观察养肝利胆颗粒对该模型成石率、总胆红素、游离胆红素、钙离子等指标的影响。结果:正常组、养肝利胆颗粒组的成石率、总胆红素、游离胆红素和钙离子浓度与模型组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:养肝利胆颗粒通过降低总胆红素、游离胆红素和钙离子含量,逆转成石胆汁,从而起到预防胆色素结石形成的作用。
Objective: To observe the biochemical effects of Yanggan Lidan Granules on cholecystolithiasis in guinea pigs. METHODS: The gallstone pigment calcification model was established in male guinea pigs and randomly divided into normal group, model group and Yanggan Lidan granule group with 8 rats in each group. Observe the effects of Yanggan Lidan Granule on the rate of stone formation, total bilirubin, free bilirubin, and calcium ion in the model. Results: The stone formation rate, total bilirubin, free bilirubin and calcium concentration in the normal group and Yanggan Lidan granule group were significantly different from those in the model group (P<0.05, P<0.05). 0.01). Conclusion: Yanggan Lidan Granules can prevent gallstone formation by reducing total bilirubin, free bilirubin and calcium ion content and reversing bilestone formation.
