目的防止放射源丢失、被盗或失控,避免γ射线移动探伤辐射事故发生。方法采用实例分析方法,以某探伤企业在江苏南通作业为典型案例,探讨如何实现和做好移动探伤γ源异地源库建设。结果从建设主体、辐射防护措施、安全措施和管理制度等四个方面落实建设要求,实现了γ射线移动探伤源库异地建设,满足了相关法律法规要求,且方法实际可行,操作性强,提供了很好的实际借鉴。结论落实异地源库建设,能够切实有效减少γ射线移动探伤异地作业过程中辐射事故的发生。
Purpose To prevent radioactive sources from being lost, stolen or out of control and to prevent the occurrence of γ-ray radiation flaw detection. Methods A case analysis method was used to analyze the operation of a flaw detection enterprise in Nantong, Jiangsu Province. Results The construction requirements were fulfilled from four aspects: the main body of construction, radiation protection measures, safety measures and management systems, and the construction of γ-ray moving source warehouse was carried out in different places to meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations. The method was feasible and practicable and provided Very good practical reference. Conclusion The implementation of the construction of off-site source libraries can effectively and effectively reduce the occurrence of radiation accidents in the field operation of γ-ray mobile detection.
