  【Abstract】In order to fill the gap between the rural and the urban junior English classroom teaching,this paper gives the suggestion to the educators to adopt psychological suggestion methods to arise the motivation of these poor students and improve their English scores when updating the knowledge structure and the teaching organization,improving teaching arts and capabilities.

  1.Introduction
  There is still a huge gap between the rural and the urban English classroom teaching.In the past,researcher and educators only noticed the normal students and top-A students,they rarely pay attention to the underachievers or the poor students.A recent study found by a research group,Xichang College,shows that the performance of the rural poor students in junior English classroom is quite negative.The rural poor students affect the whole English teaching qualities and Classroom Teaching atmosphere,even which can determine the integral level of the class.For the rural poor junior students,there are many factors that influence their study,such as the school factors,social factors and the family factors,among which the school factors are the most important factors.School factors mainly include the teacher factor and student factor.In order to fill the gap between the rural and the urban junior English classroom teaching,the author advise the rural educators to apply psychological suggestion methods to English classroom to arise the motivation of these poor students and improve their English scores when updating the knowledge structure and the teaching organization,improving teaching arts and capabilities.
  2.The Application of Psychological Suggestion
  The psychological suggestion is an important way in English teaching,of course,it has its own rational foundation.In the English teaching,the students may have not enough motivation of learning due to much learning pressure.The psychological suggestion can combine all kinds of factors to arise and stimulate the enthusiasm of all students.The English teaching classroom is a state which is full of openness and variety,and it is a good and beneficial operating deck for the psychological suggestion.Teachers can act as directors,they may create the English teaching atmosphere by playing some light music,background music to let students possess freedom and democracy,then develop themselves adequately.There are many psychological suggestions that can be used in English classroom teaching such as the suggestion of the classroom atmosphere; the suggestion of the language; the suggestion of the behavior and the suggestion of the model.   2.1 The Suggestion of the Classroom Atmosphere.The classroom atmosphere is one of an important factor which can’t be ignored in the English teaching.It can be divided into two types: the positive and collaborative one and the negative and confrontation one.The former,teachers and students interact and discuss with each other at the relationship of equality,students can express their own ideas freely and not influenced by the teachers’concepts and power.A positive and democracy classroom atmosphere not only an important but also an indispensable factor to improve the students’English learning grades.The latter,there is no contact between students and teachers in class,even some students may disrupt the classroom discipline.
  2.2 The Suggestion of the Language.The language suggestion refers to the teacher uses some special spoken language to adjust the students’ mental condition,it is also an important suggestion methods in the English teaching.Firstly,the English teaching needs little verbal explanation but needs more action exercise .When the teacher is teaching English subject,he or she should pay more attention on the students’ the ability to listen and speak,which requires teachers to notice their own fluency and accuracy of the English pronunciation.Secondly,the suggestion of language needs to motivate and inspire students,especially to the poor students,teachers need to use more encouraged words,such as “Good Job,Nice Work” to build up their confidence.Only when being confident,the poor students are dared to open mouth to speak English.
  2.3 The Suggestion of the Behavior.The behavior suggestion is always done by the students’ experience.As to some course such as the course of English drama,there will be more efficient if it is done by the students themselves rather than only taught by the teachers.So in the junior English classroom teaching,if teachers can adopt the method---- the form of Group Work or Pair Work to do Role Play when do listening,reading,or discussing,it can not only exercise the students’ability of speaking English but also it also can give a chance to experience the colorful emotions,which can let students understand the context more profoundly.Furthermore,it can provide more opportunities for students to show themselves,especially for the poor students who are lack of confidence due to bad learning grades.This way can let the poor students to put down their fear and feel more relaxed to show and learn.
  2.4 The Suggestion of the Model.The model suggestion can be divided into two types.The first type is that the educator may take the teachers as models to teach students instead of using verbal instruction.For example,in the oral English teaching,if the teachers’ spoken English is quite beautiful and authentic,it can not only let students imitate the right pronunciation but also it can let students produce great interests in speaking English.But if teachers themselves speaking English are not influence,which will make students produce a fear of difficulties and finally become a hinder to English learning.The second model is the student model.Because students are at the same age ranges and they are quite familiar with each other,usually the student model has a greater influence than the teacher model,due to most of junior students have the herd mentality.So in an English classroom teaching,if a part of students are guided to answer the questions positively,and then the other students will follow.If not,there are no students to join in the class all the time.The classroom seems just like a pool of stagnant water.
  3.Conclusion
  To sum up,the psychological suggestion is very necessary and beneficial in rural junior middle school,especially for the students with learning difficulties.Once the rural middle school teachers choose the right suggestion methods,the efficiency of the classroom teaching will yield twice the result with half the effort.
