当今社会公益诉讼已不再是一个新生事物,但是目前极少有学者将公益诉讼同某一省份相结合进行分析,从公益诉讼发展的趋势来看,进行这种结合式分析又是极其必要的。文章从湖北省的概况及公益诉讼的典型案例出发,从而引出湖北省当前公益诉讼发展过程中的一些问题,最后再结合实际,给出部分建议,旨在探索出一条真正适合湖北省公益诉讼发展的新思路。
Nowadays, public interest litigation is no longer a new thing, but few scholars at present analyze the combination of public interest litigation with a certain province. Judging from the tendency of the development of public interest litigation, it is extremely necessary to carry out such a combination analysis . Based on the general situation of Hubei Province and the typical cases of public interest litigation, the article leads to some problems in the development of current public interest litigation in Hubei Province. Finally, some suggestions are given based on the actual situation, so as to explore a real suit for the development of public interest litigation in Hubei Province New ideas.
