本试验模拟流通环境,研究了不同贮藏条件对番茄品质的影响。结果表明番茄在流通过程中必须在不低于10℃冷链进行贮藏,,在10℃和湿度为78%±5%的条件下对番茄进行贮藏可应用于流通生产。
This experiment simulated the circulation environment and studied the impact of different storage conditions on tomato quality. The results showed that tomato must be stored in the cold chain of not less than 10 ℃ during circulation, and the tomato should be stored at 10 ℃ and 78% ± 5% humidity for circulation production.
