目的探讨子宫内膜腺癌中CDC7和MCM4的表达及意义。方法收集标本140例,其中正常子宫内膜组织40例,子宫内膜腺癌标本100例,用免疫组化SP法分别检测CDC7和MCM4的表达情况。结果 CDC7和MCM4在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达率明显高于正常子宫内膜正常组织(P<0.05),二者的表达与浸润肌壁深度、分化程度、FIGO分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与年龄无关(P>0.05),且二者在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达呈正协同作用(r=0.330,P<0.05)。结论 CDC7和MCM4参与了子宫内膜腺癌的发生发展,二者异常的蛋白表达可能是子宫内膜腺癌发病的重要环节。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CDC7 and MCM4 in endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods 140 specimens were collected, including 40 cases of normal endometrium and 100 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma. The expressions of CDC7 and MCM4 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive rates of CDC7 and MCM4 in endometrial adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal endometrium (P <0.05). The expressions of CDC7 and MCM4 were correlated with the depth of invasion, differentiation, FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the two groups (r = 0.330, P <0.05). Conclusion CDC7 and MCM4 are involved in the development of endometrial adenocarcinoma. Abnormal protein expression may play an important role in the pathogenesis of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
