本文运用SWOT分析方法 ,对哈尔滨工程大学CUBA女篮发展的优势(Strength)、劣势(Weakness)、机遇(Opportunity)以及挑战(Threat)进行了系统分析,目的是促进哈尔滨工程大学CUBA女篮更好的发展,增强校园篮球运动氛围。研究结果表明:哈尔滨工程大学CUBA女篮具有较强的自身优势,但也存在一定的缺点。提出了可行性建议:加强制度保障,提高经费支持,扩大学校影响力,提高CUBA女篮生源质量。
This article uses SWOT analysis method to systematically analyze Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat of CUBA Women’s Basketball in Harbin Engineering University in order to promote Harbin Institute of Technology CUBA women’s basketball team better The development of basketball to enhance the atmosphere of the campus. The results show that: Harbin Engineering University CUBA women’s basketball has its own advantages, but there are also some shortcomings. Put forward the feasible suggestion: Strengthen the system guarantee, raise the fund support, expand the school influence, improve the quality of CUBA female basket student source.
