在不同温度环境下,利用MTS材料试验机,采用中等应变速率(1/s),对玻璃布-环氧层板实施了冲击拉伸实验,测试了该材料在不同温度、不同应变速率下的应力应变曲线,确定了杨氏模量、拉伸强度和泊松比等力学参数。实验结果表明,玻璃布-环氧层板具有明显的应变率、温度效应;在室温以上温度环境下,该层板具有动态韧性。还分析讨论了复合材料拉伸试样设计的一些主要问题,给出哑铃形试样结合粘贴加强片和销钉拉伸的复合材料拉伸试样设计方法。
Under different temperature conditions, the tensile test of glass cloth - epoxy laminate was carried out by using MTS material testing machine at a moderate strain rate (1 / s). The tensile tests at different temperatures and different strain rates Stress-strain curve, the Young’s modulus, tensile strength and Poisson’s ratio and other mechanical parameters were determined. The experimental results show that the glass cloth - epoxy laminate has obvious strain rate and temperature effect. The laminate has dynamic toughness at room temperature and above. Some main problems in the design of tensile specimens for composite materials are also analyzed. The design method of dumbbell specimens in combination with tensile test specimens and tensile tests of the tensile test specimens is given.
