当前,社会结构深刻调整,石油企业改革不断深化,在一定程度上加剧了团体利益与个人利益的冲突,而且石油价格持续走低,集团公司的投资相对减少,从而使得企业进一步压缩投资,影响了员工收入水平。面对当前困境,石油企业应该根据市场发展形式,提升员工地位,保障员工的合法权益。文章分析了影响石油企业基层队伍稳定的主要因素,并结合实际工作经验,对提升员工队伍的稳定性提出了几点可行性建议。
At present, the social structure is undergoing profound adjustments. The deepening reform of petroleum enterprises has aggravated the conflicts between group interests and personal interests to a certain extent. Oil prices have been on the decline and the investment of group companies has been relatively reduced. As a result, enterprises have further reduced their investment and affected employees Income level. In the face of the current predicament, oil companies should improve their position according to market development and protect the legitimate rights and interests of their employees. This article analyzes the main factors that affect the stability of the grass-roots team in oil enterprises, and puts forward some feasible suggestions to improve the stability of the workforce based on practical work experience.
