膝关节骨、软骨损伤是骨科的诊疗难题,对其认识不足或早期处理不当可导致创伤性骨关节炎。磁共振成像( MRI)为临床评估骨与软骨的损伤提供了敏感而可靠的手段,其可以发现常规 X线、CT无法发现的隐匿性骨折、应力性骨折、骨挫伤、骨软骨剥脱、软骨缺损及关节游离体等。该文就膝关节常规MRI扫描技术及常见骨、软骨损伤类型进行综述。“,”Osteochondral and articular injuries are difficult problems of diagnosis and treatment in ortho-pedics,insufficient knowledge of them and inappropriate treatment in early stages can lead to traumatic osteo-arthritis.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) technique provides a sensitive and reliable diagnostic tool for evaluating cartilage and osteochondral injury,as it can find occult fractures,stress fractures,osteal contusion, osteochondritis dissecans,chondral defects and joint loose bodies,which cannot be detected by general X-ray and CT.Here is to make a review of the general MRI technique,as well as common types of bone and carti-lage injury.
