目的:探讨研究高频CDFI在武警战士军事训练软组织损伤中的临床应用价值。方法:选择2013年1月到2015年1月于师医院行高频CDFI检查的患者共200例,作为本次研究的对象,所有患者均行高频CDFI检查和超声诊断,临床随访并进行回顾性分析。结果:CDFI检查所有患者发现,113例患者为皮下软组织挫伤,21例患者为肌肉挫伤,19例患者为膝关节髌上囊积液,13例患者为腘窝滑囊积液,15例患者为跟腱损伤,2例为跟腱断裂,11例患者为韧带损伤,5例患者为肌肉间血肿,1例为外血管损伤,比较患者的最终临床诊断发现,CDFI检查的正确率为97.5%。结论:在武警战士军事训练软组织损伤检查中应用高频CDFI技术,可以获得较高正确率,准确反映患者的软组织损伤情况,有效帮助患者后期的治疗,值得在临床上大力推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of high frequency CDFI in military training of armed police soldiers in soft tissue injury. METHODS: A total of 200 patients who underwent high-frequency CDFI at the teachers’ hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected. All patients underwent high-frequency CDFI and ultrasound, and were followed up and reviewed Sexual analysis. RESULTS: All patients underwent CDFI examination. Seventy-one patients had subcutaneous soft tissue contusion, 21 patients with muscle contusion, 19 patients with knee joint suprapatellar bursa, 13 patients with popliteal effusion, and 15 patients with Achilles tendon injury, 2 cases of Achilles tendon rupture, 11 cases of ligament injury, 5 cases of intramuscular hematoma, 1 case of extravascular injury, the final clinical diagnosis of patients compared to find, CDFI examination was 97.5% correct. Conclusion: The application of high frequency CDFI in military training soft tissue injury detection of armed police soldiers can obtain a higher correct rate, accurately reflect the patient’s soft tissue injury, and effectively help the patients in the later stage of treatment. Therefore, it is worth popularizing clinically.
