通过对铁水喷粉脱钛热力学和动力学的分析,建立了动力学模型,计算得到在1350℃不同停留时间条件下喷吹不同粒径的脱钛剂时,脱钛、脱硅和脱碳量的变化情况.宝钢鱼雷罐喷吹富含氧化铁的脱钛剂,根据实际停留时间的计算值,分析得到其脱钛剂的颗粒直径在0.5~0.8 mm比较合适.通过感应炉实验研究了脱钛剂的脱钛与脱硅规律,结果表明:脱钛和脱硅基本同步进行,脱钛率与脱硅率比在0.8~1左右,30 min内的脱硅率或脱钛率在40%~80%之间.由此可见,喷吹高含量氧化铁的粉剂脱钛剂进行脱钛是首选,可取得良好的脱钛效果.
Through the analysis of the thermodynamics and kinetics of hot metal dedusting, the kinetic model was established, and the amount of titanium removal, desilication and decarburization were calculated at different residence time of 1350 ℃, Of Baosteel torpedo canister was sprayed with iron oxide-rich titanitizer.According to the calculated value of actual residence time, it was found that the particle size of the desiltrating agent was 0.5 ~ 0.8 mm.Through induction furnace experiments, Titanium desiliconization and desilication rules, the results show that: Titanium and desiliconization basically carried out simultaneously, the ratio of titanium removal and desilication ratio of about 0.8 to 1, within 30 min desilication rate or desilication rate of 40% ~ 80% .Therefore, it can be seen that the high-content iron oxide powder de-titanizing agent for titanium removal is the first choice, which can achieve good titanium removal effect.
