对全球和我国森林资源的状况和存在的问题以及黑龙江省国有林区森林资源的现状和具体问题进行了分析和论述。提出我国东北国有林区森林资源可持续发展的关键是对现有林科学合理地经营和管护 ,并具体指出在禁伐区、一般公益林区和商品林区应采取的不同策略。
The status and existing problems of forest resources both in the world and in our country as well as the present situation and specific problems of forest resources in the state-owned forest areas of Heilongjiang Province are analyzed and discussed. It is pointed out that the key to the sustainable development of forest resources in the state-owned forest region of northeast China is to operate and manage the existing forest scientifically and rationally, and point out the different tactics to be taken in such areas as forbidden barging, general public welfare forest and commercial forest.
