问:中国三峡总公司招聘毕业生一般采取什么样的方式?答:总公司确定招聘计划后,会提前向有关部门发布信息。在学生就业工作开始后,会主动去相关学校了解专业情况和学生情况,然后进行公开招聘工作。我们一般不参加各省市举办的人才交流活动,因为我们认为那样比较被动,只能在参加活动的学生中选聘,可能招到的好学生有限。
