目的:慢性前列腺炎(CP)是成年男性、男科门诊最常见的疾病之一。近年来有研究表明氧化应激反应异常是其病因之一。本文通过对CP患者和健康男性的血清和前列腺按摩液(EPS)中铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量测定,探讨其在CP诊断和治疗中的意义。方法:从门诊中确诊的CP患者中选取120例,分为Ⅱ型组(40例)、ⅢA型组(40例)、ⅢB型组(40例),以40例健康男性为对照组,分别测定血清和EPS中CuZn-SOD及MDA含量,并比较其在各组间的差异。结果:各组间血清CuZn-SOD活力相互比较,均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。CP各组血清MDA含量均高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01);CP各组之间血清MDA含量相互比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。Ⅱ型组、ⅢA型组EPS中CuZn-SOD的活力均低于ⅢB型组及对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01);Ⅱ型组与ⅢA型组比较无显著性差异,ⅢB型组与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。Ⅱ型组、ⅢA型组EPS中MDA的含量明显高于ⅢB型组、对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01);Ⅱ型组与ⅢA型组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),ⅢB型组与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:Ⅱ型组、ⅢA型组CP患者前列腺氧化应激水平高于健康男性,ⅢB型患者前列腺氧化应激水平与健康男性无明显差异;血清及EPS中CuZn-SOD、MDA水平可作为CP诊断和判断疗效的辅助指标。
Purpose: Chronic prostatitis (CP) is one of the most common diseases in adult males and male outpatients. In recent years, studies have shown that abnormal oxidative stress is one of the causes. In this paper, we measured the activity of copper and zinc superoxide dismutase (CuZn-SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum and prostate massage fluid (EPS) of CP patients and healthy men and explored their clinical significance in the diagnosis and treatment of CP significance. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients were selected from outpatients diagnosed with CP, divided into type Ⅱ group (40 cases), type ⅢA group (40 cases), type ⅢB group (40 cases), 40 healthy men as control group, respectively The levels of CuZn-SOD and MDA in serum and EPS were measured, and their differences among the groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the serum CuZn-SOD activity between groups (P> 0.05). Serum MDA levels in CP groups were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in serum MDA levels between CP groups (P> 0.05). The activities of CuZn-SOD in type Ⅱ and type ⅢA EPS groups were significantly lower than those in type ⅢB and control groups (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between group Ⅱ and ⅢA Compared with the control group no significant difference (P> 0.05). The content of MDA in group Ⅱ and group ⅢA was significantly higher than that in group ⅢB and control (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between group Ⅱ and group ⅢA (P> 0.05) There was no significant difference between ⅢB group and control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The level of oxidative stress in prostate of type Ⅱ and group ⅢA CP patients is higher than that in healthy men, and the level of oxidative stress in type ⅢB patients is not significantly different from that in healthy males. The levels of CuZn-SOD and MDA in serum and EPS can be used as diagnosis of CP And to determine the efficacy of the auxiliary indicators.
