目的:对超声龈下刮治同步药物冲洗方式治疗牙周炎的临床效果进行分析。方法:选取我院2014年10月至2015年10月期间收治的牙周炎患者62例,分为两组,对照组行常规治疗,实验组采用超声龈下刮治同步药物冲洗方式治疗,分析两组治疗疗效。结果:两组治疗前PL、SBI、PD、AL等水平比较无差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后PL、SBI、PD、AL等水平呈下降趋势,且实验组下降程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声龈下刮治同步药物冲洗方式治疗牙周炎的临床效果显著,值得进一步推广。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of ultrasonic subgingival cure and synchronous drug flushing on periodontitis. Methods: Totally 62 patients with periodontitis treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were divided into two groups. The control group received routine treatment. The experimental group was treated by synchronous subdural cure with synchronous drug flushing. Two groups of curative effect. Results: The levels of PL, SBI, PD, AL in the two groups had no significant difference before treatment (P> 0.05). The levels of PL, SBI, PD and AL in the two groups showed a decreasing trend after treatment, (P <0.05). Conclusions: The clinical effect of ultrasonic subgingival cure and synchronous drug flushing on periodontitis is worthy of further promotion.
