本文旨在呼吁国内学界重新开展外语学能理论研究,并就如何进一步发展外语学能理论研究的必要性与可能性展开论述。文章首先论述重新开展外语学能理论研究的必要性,然后重点评述国外部分研究者在近年所提出的四个创新研究视角如何为今后的外语学能研究提供借鉴。文章还提出今后的外语学能理论应注意把握的一些基本原则。
The purpose of this paper is to urge the domestic academic community to re-start the study of the theory of foreign language competence and discuss the necessity and possibility of further developing the theory of foreign language functional theory. The article first discusses the necessity of re-starting the study of foreign language ability theory, and then focuses on how some of the foreign researchers put forward four innovative perspectives in recent years to provide reference for the future study of foreign language ability. The article also puts forward some basic principles that foreign language learners should pay attention to in the future.
