利用商业软件Fluent,采用有限差分方法和修正的速度-压力耦合算法Simplec,对钢包烘烤过程的流动、燃烧、传热现象进行数值模拟与优化研究,定量分析了空燃比、空气预热温度、煤气流量等烘烤工艺参数对钢包内温度分布的影响。结果表明,保持空燃比4∶1,增加煤气流量和空气预热温度是提高钢包烘烤温度的有效措施,这将对指导现场生产有重要的意义。模拟计算结果与现场工况实测结果基本吻合。
Using the commercial software Fluent, the finite difference method and the modified speed-pressure coupling algorithm Simplec were used to simulate and optimize the flow, combustion and heat transfer in ladle baking process. The air-fuel ratio, air preheating temperature, Influence of baking process parameters such as gas flow rate on temperature distribution in ladle. The results show that maintaining air-fuel ratio 4: 1, increasing gas flow and air preheating temperature is an effective measure to increase the ladle bake temperature, which will be of great significance to guide the on-site production. The simulation results are in good agreement with the actual measured results in the field.
