对本市医院中正在使用的乙醇消毒液进行了细菌污染调查。结果,在64件样品中,有32件染菌量超过允许水平(250cfu/ml);有36件的浓度不符合要求,高于或低于70~80%。其中,浓度在70~80%的溶液,细菌污染较轻,高于或低于此范围浓度的,污染均较严重(附表)。经了解,乙醇消毒液污染的原因,主要为:①配制马虎,不使用量器,只凭经验随意加水。②使用比重计不当,配制时多向水中倒入乙醇,一边倒一边用比重计测。此时,乙醇与水未混匀,浮在上面的乙醇比重
Bacteria contamination investigations were conducted on the ethanol disinfectant currently being used in hospitals in the city.
