目的:通过考核麻醉初学者的临床专业技能,评价病例解析培训对临床思维培养的作用,为进一步提高麻醉住院医师的培训质量提供参考。方法:选取2013年10月~2014年10月参加麻醉病例解析培训的30例麻醉初学者作为观察组,选取未参加培训的30例麻醉初学者作为对照组,分别对其临床专业技能进行考核评分,并比较两组的考核结果。结果:观察组临床专业技能考核平均分为(92±5.6)分,对照组考核平均分为(81±4.3)分。观察组及格率为100%,对照组及格率为63.3%。对照组意外事件发生率为6.7%,观察组意外事件发生率为0%。两组平均分、及格率及意外事件发生率分别相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取病例解析培训,能培养麻醉初学者的临床思维,有效提高专业技能水平,保证患者住院安全。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of case analysis training on clinical thinking training by examining the clinical professional skills of anesthesia beginners, and to provide reference for further improving the training quality of anesthesia resident doctors. Methods: Thirty anesthesia beginners who participated in the analysis of anesthesia cases from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the observation group. Thirty anesthesia beginners who did not participate in the training were selected as the control group, and their clinical professional skills were evaluated respectively , And compare the assessment results of the two groups. Results: The average score of clinical professional skill examination in the observation group was (92 ± 5.6) points, and the average score of the control group was (81 ± 4.3) points. The passing rate of the observation group was 100% and that of the control group was 63.3%. The incidence of accidents in the control group was 6.7%, and the incidence of accidents in the observation group was 0%. There was significant difference between the two groups in average scores, passing rate and accidental incidence (P <0.05). Conclusion: Taking case analysis training can cultivate the clinical thinking of anesthesia beginners, effectively improve the level of professional skills and ensure the safety of patients in hospital.
