本期案例为我国管道运输经营带来了换位思考,中国石油大学(华东)经济管理学院的研究人员为我们带来了“学院派”解决问题的理论主张。其提出的竞合模型分析,让我们可以看到其以中国石油和中国石化为例,提出的中国石油与中国石化天然气管道运输的四种竞合策略组合(强竞争强合作,强竞争弱合作,弱竞争弱合作,弱竞争强合作)的选择性。正如案例指出的,目前国际上各大石油公司针对现有天然气管道所存在的建设重叠、闲置以及输送能力不足和运输安全的问题,应该有针对性的实施强竞争弱合作或者强合作弱竞争策略来解决问题。
This case has brought empathy to China’s pipeline transportation business. Researchers from China University of Petroleum (East China) School of Economics and Management brought us “academic” theory to solve the problem. The proposed co-opetitive model analysis enables us to see its four competing strategy combinations of PetroChina and Sinopec Pipeline proposed by PetroChina and Sinopec Corp.
