患者,男,24岁,因右侧鼻塞1年,于1985年10月18日入院。查体:体温36.2℃,咏搏76次/min,血压16.0/10.6kPa。发育正常,皮肤巩膜无黄染,表浅淋巴结无肿大。头颅无畸形、心肺正常。鼻外形正常,右鼻腔通气不畅,右鼻腔后上方可见灰白色肿物,表面光滑、麻黄素收缩反应差、右下甲肥大、左鼻腔正常。副鼻窦片见右鼻腔密度略增高。实验室检查:血象和出凝血时间均正常。一院诊断为右侧鼻息肉。住院后,于1985年10月20日在表麻下行右侧鼻息肉摘除术。术中用鼻息肉圈套器经右鼻孔伸入圈套其
