武警部队是我国武装力量的组成部分,其兼具军事性和公安性的特征而决定了武警法治在遵循国家法治基本规律的基础上必然有其特有的逻辑。武警法治的逻辑建立在武警部队的现实框架上,其要素包括武警部队的双重领导体制、武警政治工作和遂行多样化任务。武警法治的实施路径与武警法治逻辑诸要素的运行过程紧密相关。武警法治逻辑诸要素的法治化是武警法治实现的现实路径。
The Armed Police Force is an integral part of our armed forces and has both military and public security characteristics. It determines that the rule by law of the Armed Police Force must have its own unique logic on the basis of following the basic laws of the state by law. The logic of armed police rule by law is based on the reality framework of the Armed Police Force. Its elements include the dual leadership system of the Armed Police Force, the political work of the Armed Police and the diversification mission.
