目的:探究稽留流产与宫腔粘连并发症发生之间的联系,以便为临床提供指导。方法:回顾性分析2013年3月至2014年3月我院妇产科收治的160例稽留流产患者病历资料,随机分为两组,每组80例,对照组清宫术后不服用药物,观察组术前给以米非司酮、米索前列醇,术后给以妈富隆片(1片),观察两组术后宫腔粘连发生情况。结果:观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组,手术时间、术后复潮时间明显短于对照组,经量减少发生率明显低于对照组,观察组宫腔粘连发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05,均有统计学意义。结论:对稽留流产患者采取适当的药物治疗能够减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间、复潮时间,降低经量减少发生率,降低宫腔粘连发生率,值得在临床上推广。
Objective: To explore the relationship between missed abortion and intrauterine adhesions in order to provide clinical guidance. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 160 cases of missed abortion patients admitted from obstetrics and gynecology department from March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital was conducted and randomly divided into two groups, 80 cases in each group. The patients in the control group did not take drugs after the curettage and observed The patients were treated with mifepristone and misoprostol before operation, and then with Marvelon (1 piece) after operation to observe the intrauterine adhesions in both groups. Results: The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group. The operation time and postoperative resuscitation time were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The incidence of reduction in the amount of menstruation was significantly lower than that in the control group. The incidence of intrauterine adhesions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group Group, P <0.05, all with statistical significance. Conclusion: Appropriate medication for patients with missed abortion can reduce the intraoperative blood loss, shorten the operation time, re-tide time, reduce the incidence of menstrual flow reduction and reduce the incidence of intrauterine adhesions, which is worth to be popularized clinically.
