对50例牙外科正畸术后2年内患者,进行了定位X线及牙龈沟深度测量观察,探讨手术对牙周组织的影响。结果表明:牙间骨截开后,牙槽嵴为一创伤顺利愈合过程,不会造成病理性骨吸收;术后牙龈沟深度能保持正常,无龈萎缩及牙周袋形成,对牙周膜亦无永久性损伤。
50 patients with orthodontics within 2 years after orthodontic surgery were located X-ray and gingival sulcus depth measurements were observed to explore the impact of surgery on the periodontal tissue. The results showed that the alveolar ridges were the healing process of wound healing and did not cause pathological bone resorption. The depth of gingival sulcus remained normal without gingival recession and periodontal pouch formation. No permanent damage.
