脂多糖(LPS,细菌内毒素)是革兰阴性菌细胞壁的组成部分,可引起感染者患毒血症。鲎抗脂多糖因子(LALF)能与毒性分子类脂A结合,当机体受到内毒素或细菌攻击时,LALF能中和内毒素而保护机体。实验时在每只小鼠腹腔中于48h内注入LD_(50)大肠杆菌O55:B5 500μg,经~3H标记和未标记的LPS用液烁法测定鼠血浆中LPS浓度,结果发现注入4~10h就能检测到高浓度的LPS,一直维持24~32h后才逐渐降低,72h还能在血浆中检出低浓度的LPS。为了研究LALF中和内毒素的作用,当小鼠腹腔内注入LD_(50)大肠杆菌LPS后,在4、12和24h分别对每组小鼠尾静脉内注入总量为0.8~
Lipopolysaccharide (LPS, bacterial endotoxin) is part of the cell wall of gram-negative bacteria, can cause infection in patients with toxemia.鲎 Anti-lipopolysaccharide factor (LALF) binds to toxic molecular lipid A, and LALF neutralizes endotoxin and protects the body from endotoxin or bacterial attack. In the experiment, LD50 of E.coli O55: B5 was injected intraperitoneally into each mouse intraperitoneally within 48 hours. The LPS concentration in the plasma of mice was measured by liquid scintillation method with ~ 3H and unlabeled LPS. The results showed that 4 ~ 10h Can detect high concentrations of LPS, has been maintained for 24 ~ 32h before gradually decreased, 72h also detected in the plasma low concentrations of LPS. In order to study the role of endotoxin in LALF, mice were injected intraperitoneally with LD_ (50) E. coli LPS, and the mice were injected with tail vein at 4, 12 and 24 h respectively.
