我院成立了以综合档案室为中心的档案信息管理网络体系,由院办主任担任综合档案室主任,医院21个科室负责人为科室档案资料责任人,定期召开档案管理工作协调会,沟通信息,使全院各项管理中形成的文书、科研、教学、医疗设备、基建、会计、声像等大量的有价值的档案材料,按照国家三级档案标准进行分类、立卷、存档。这样既做到了医院档案的集中统一管理,也方便科室对档案资料的使用,为院长工作决策,编制医院工作规划,设备的使用和维修,以及在医院分级管理工作中,发挥了很大的作用。
