对于目前中等职业学校的学生,难管理,难教育,是个普遍的事实。对他们来说,在初中时期,大部分成绩不是很好,甚至有的学生属于个别教师“遗忘的角落”;学生年龄小,社会阅历浅,辨别是非的能力相对较差,自控能力弱。同时,一些社会弊病也不可避免地带进了校园:一是目标不明确。二是学生价值取向迷乱。三是学生厌恶学习。针对这种现状,几年来,本人尝试了加大对学生的情感教育和管理的力度,并将它作为对学生进行教育和管理的重要途径,收到了一定成效。
For the current secondary vocational school students, difficult to manage, difficult education, is a common fact. For them, most of the grades were not very good in junior high school. Some students even belonged to individual teachers. “The corners of forgottenness”; students are young and have less social experience; their ability to distinguish right from wrong is relatively poor; and their ability of self-control is weak . At the same time, some social ills are also inevitably brought into the campus: First, the goal is not clear. Second, student value orientation confusion. Third, students hate learning. In response to this situation, in the past few years, I have tried to step up my efforts in emotional education and management of students and have achieved some success as an important way to educate and manage students.
