在大量的试验研究的基础上,提出了塑性混凝土弹性模量的测试方法。并对塑性混凝土单独应力应变全过程进行了分析,认为应力应变曲线的线性段表征塑性混凝土的工程性,可取该段的斜率作为塑性混凝土弹性模量的真值。对比了试样是否预压对弹性模量的影响,并根据现行《土工试验规程》(SL237-1999)及《水工混凝土试验规程》(SL352-2006)提出试样应进行预压。最后根据25块同配比、同成型条件、同养护条件、同试验条件试样的试验数据,提出0.5 MPa至破坏荷载40%连线的斜率作为塑性混凝土的弹性模量。
Based on a large number of experimental studies, a test method for the elastic modulus of plastic concrete is proposed. The whole process of stress and strain of plastic concrete is analyzed. It is considered that the linear section of stress-strain curve characterizes the engineering of plastic concrete. The slope of this section can be regarded as the true value of elastic modulus of plastic concrete. The influence of preloading on elastic modulus was compared. According to the existing “Geotechnical Test Regulation” (SL237-1999) and “Hydraulic Concrete Test Regulation” (SL352-2006), the sample should be pre-pressed. Finally, the slope of 0.5% to 40% of the breaking load is proposed as the elastic modulus of the plastic concrete based on the 25 pieces of the same mixing ratio, the same molding conditions, the same curing conditions, and the test data of the test conditions.
