公布报废汽车回收拆解企业名单(第一批) 根据《报废汽车回收管理办法》(国务院令第307号)、国家经贸委、监察部、公安部、工商总局《关于贯彻〈报废汽车回收管理办法〉的实施意见》(国经贸资源[2001]900号)以及国家经贸委《报废汽车回收企业总量控制方案》(国经贸资源[2001]773号)精神,现将经各省、自治区、直辖市经贸委认定的报废汽车回收拆解企业名单(第一批)予以公布。
According to the Measures for the Administration of Recycled Vehicles (State Council Decree No. 307), the State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of Supervision, the Ministry of Public Security and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on Carrying out the Measures for the Administration of the Recovery of Scrapped Vehicles (State Economic and Trade Resources [2001] No. 900) and the State Economic and Trade Commission “Scrap car recycling companies total control program” (State Economic and Trade Resources [2001] No. 773) spirit, now by the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government Committee finds that scrapped car recycling dismantling list (the first batch) to be announced.
