目的 :总结改良腹壁横切口筋膜内全子宫切除的方法和经验。方法 :对 10 0例全子宫切除进行改进 ,采用下腹部横切口钝性拉开腹壁 ,筋膜下脱袖式切除子宫 ,不处理主韧带和宫骶韧带 ,不缝合腹膜 ,皮下脂肪无损伤缝线间断缝合 ,切口皮内缝合 ,不拆线。结果 :该术式手术时间短、出血少、损伤小、恢复快、伤口美观 ,对术后性生活影响小。结论 :改良腹壁横切口筋膜内全子宫切除术优于传统术式 ,值得推广应用。 Objective: To summarize the methods and experience of improving total hysterectomy in transverse fascia. Conclusion: The modified total abdominal hysterectomy transverse hysterectomy hysterectomy is better than the traditional surgical procedures, it is worth to promote the application.
