炼厂常压塔顶的设备与管线常常面临酸腐蚀和垢下腐蚀等风险,防腐措施之一为在常压塔顶加注缓蚀剂。本文介绍了一种咪唑啉类缓蚀剂的实验室制备方法,并采用挂片失重法评价其缓蚀性能。
Refinery atmospheric pressure tower equipment and pipelines are often faced with acid corrosion and scale corrosion and other risks, one of the anti-corrosion measures in the atmospheric pressure tower corrosion inhibitor. In this paper, a method of laboratory preparation of imidazoline-based corrosion inhibitors was introduced and its corrosion inhibition performance was evaluated by coupon weight loss method.
