从协同学角度阐述企业文化、企业制度及技术创新之间的协同关系,提出了以文化建设为引领、以信息技术为支撑、将价值理念落实到具体制度的协同管理路径。本文以甘肃省某电力企业为例,以提高安全生产管理水平、提升企业绩效、达到企业文化与管理制度协同为目标,确定了文化融合、制度融合、技术融合等协同管理的途径,提出了强化安全教育、提升员工安全技能、健全安全管理制度、增强信息安全应急响应能力建设等实施措施。
The collaborative relationship between corporate culture, enterprise system and technological innovation is elaborated from the perspective of synergetics, and a collaborative management approach is proposed that takes cultural construction as a guide, information technology as a support, and value concepts into specific systems. Taking an electric power company in Gansu Province as an example, this paper aims to improve the level of safety production management, improve corporate performance, and achieve the coordination of corporate culture and management systems. It has determined the ways of collaborative management such as cultural integration, institutional integration, and technology integration, and proposed strengthening. Safety education, improvement of employees’ safety skills, improvement of safety management systems, and enhancement of information security emergency response capacity construction and other implementation measures.
