我厂目前是全国同行业中规模最大的骨干企业,建厂8年来,我们的产量扩大了100倍,产值年均递增74%,税利年均递增67%,1991年产量达25000吨,创产值3.5亿元,实现利税7120万余元。我们能有这样发展速度和效益,一个重要因素,在于我们注重搞活了内部分配,在正确处理国家、企业、职工三者利益关系的前提下,运用工资激励机制,调动了职工的生产积极性,从而保证企业经济效益不断提高。 一、着眼效益立足改革,把“工效挂钩”办法引入企业内部经营机制。 我厂从1988年开始实行工资总额与企业经济效益挂钩浮动办法。在引入“工效挂钩”办法、改革内部分配体制中,坚持了三个原则: 一是坚持整体效益原则。搞工资改革,要把提高企业整体效益作为调整职工收入的前提条件,贯彻到实际中,则是以企业当月实现的全部生产利润作为分配职工奖励工资的主要依据。效益高,职工收入的绝对值也相应提高,效益低,收入绝对值相应也低,无效益,则无奖励工资,这样将职工切身利益与企业效益紧紧绑在了一起,同时,也强化了职工的全局观念。职工收入随企业整体效益增加而增加,使职工尝到了甜头,也增强了企业的内部活力。

Since 1988, our factory has implemented the floating method of linking the gross salary with the economic efficiency of enterprises. In introducing the “ergonomics-linked” approach and reforming the internal distribution system, we have adhered to three principles: First, we uphold the principle of overall effectiveness. To wage reform, to improve the overall effectiveness of enterprises as a precondition for adjusting the income of workers, to implement the reality, it is based on the full production profits realized in the month as the main basis for the allocation of employee rewards. High efficiency, the absolute value of workers’ income also increased accordingly, low efficiency, the corresponding absolute income is low, no benefits, there is no incentive pay, so that the immediate interests of workers and business benefits tied tightly together, but also strengthened The overall concept of workers. Staff income increases with the overall increase in business efficiency, so that staff tasted the sweetness, but also enhance the vitality of the enterprise.
