应用多晶x射线衍射方法测定了高温(540℃)焙烧后ZSM-5的晶体结构。晶胞参数为:a=20.16±0.03A;b=19.97±0.03A;c=13.44±0.02A,空间群为D_(2h)~(16)-P_(nma),结构的孔道由平行于[010]椭圆直通道和与之垂直相交的平行于[100]的“Z”字形通道构成。直通道开口长轴为5.80A,短轴为4.78A。“Z”字形通道开口近似为正十元环直径为5.30A,通道折角为156°。从结构分析得出ZSM-5是包括一个系列的化合物。它的结构形貌相同,但二种通道的开口大小,“Z”字形通道的折角大小可因硅铝比,晶化条件,后处理方式等不同而异。其对称性可为C_(2h)~5-P_2_(1/n);C_(2v)~9-P_n2_1a;D_(2h)~(16)-P_(nma)。就结构形貌而言,我们所得的结果与Kokotailo等人的结果是相似的。
The crystal structure of ZSM-5 after calcination at high temperature (540 ℃) was determined by polycrystalline x-ray diffraction. The unit cell parameters are as follows: a = 20.16 ± 0.03A; b = 19.97 ± 0.03A; c = 13.44 ± 0.02A, space group D 2h ~ (16) -P nma, 010] Elliptical straight passage and perpendicularly intersecting the [100] “Z” shaped passage. Straight channel opening long axis is 5.80A, short axis is 4.78A. The “Z” shaped channel opening is approximately a positive ten-ring with a diameter of 5.30A and a channel angled at 156 °. From the structural analysis of ZSM-5 is a series of compounds. The structure of the same shape, but the size of the opening of the two channels, “Z” -shaped channel angle of the size of the aluminum-silicon ratio, crystallization conditions, post-processing methods vary. The symmetry can be C_ (2h) ~ 5-P_2_ (1 / n); C_ (2v) ~ 9-P_n_2_1a; D_ (2h) ~ (16) -P_nma. In terms of the topography, our results are similar to those of Kokotailo et al.
