在合成沸石中引入镧盐后,经X射线衍射谱图鉴定其合成物为La-ZSM-5型沸石分子筛。活性测定表明,La-ZSM-5沸石作为甲醇制烯烃的催化剂,与H-ZSM-5沸石相比,具有本身的特点。在反应温度为350-500℃范围内,空速7-8h~(-1),原料甲醇含水70(wt)%时,甲醇转化率为67-90%,裂解气中C_2-C_4烯烃含量为72-79(wt)%;作为对照的H-ZSM-5沸石,甲醇转化率为86-98%;C_2-C_4烯烃含量为55-56(wt)%。使用La-ZSM-6催化剂,随反应温度升高,乙烯含量下降,而丙烯、丁烯含量上升;空速则对其影响不大。
After the lanthanum salt was introduced into the synthesized zeolite, its composition was identified as La-ZSM-5 zeolite by X-ray diffraction. The activity of La-ZSM-5 zeolite as a catalyst for methanol to olefins, compared with the H-ZSM-5 zeolite has its own characteristics. The conversion of methanol was 67-90% at the reaction temperature of 350-500 ℃, the space velocity of 7-8h -1, and the raw material methanol 70% by weight. The C 2 -C 4 olefin content in the cracked gas was 72-79 (wt)%. As control H-ZSM-5 zeolite, methanol conversion was 86-98%; C 2 -C 4 alkene content was 55-56 (wt)%. With La-ZSM-6 catalyst, with the increase of reaction temperature, the content of ethylene decreases, while the content of propylene and butene increases; while the space velocity has little effect on the content of ethylene.
