实验研究表明,矿粒表面润湿性的变化严重地影响其悬浮液的分散稳定性,矿粒的疏水化往往伴随着明显的絮凝,此种絮凝无法用 DLVO 理论解释。对疏水絮凝机理的初步探讨及对粒子疏水作用势能的分析计算表明,在一定距离内此种作用能远远超过静电排斥能及分子吸引能,从而对悬浮液的分散稳定性起主导作用。
Experimental studies show that the variation of the wettability of the mineral particles seriously influences the dispersion stability of the slurry. The hydrophobization of the mineral particles is often accompanied by obvious flocculation, which can not be explained by DLVO theory. The preliminary investigation of the hydrophobic flocculation mechanism and the analysis and calculation of the potential energy of the particle hydrophobic interaction show that the effect can far exceed the electrostatic repulsion energy and the molecular attractive energy at a certain distance and thus play a leading role in the dispersion stability of the suspension.
