建立了电弧炉炼钢工序的废钢熔化动态模型,并结合实际生产能耗数据及文献资料对模拟结果进行验证。结果表明,电弧炉冶炼电耗和供电时间随着铁液比的增加按比例下降。提高供电功率以缩短供电时间有利于电弧炉生产的连续性和高效性。在废钢量比例较大时,废钢预热能有效地降低电弧炉冶炼电耗。适当分配废钢料的加料次数或采用连续加料有利于改善电弧炉炉内的冶炼效率。
The dynamic model of scrap steel melting in EAF steelmaking process was established. The simulation results were verified with the actual production energy consumption data and literature data. The results show that electric arc furnace smelting power consumption and power supply time with the increase of the ratio of molten iron decreased in proportion. Increasing the power supply to shorten the power supply time is conducive to the continuity and efficiency of EAF production. In a large proportion of scrap, scrap preheating can effectively reduce the electricity consumption of electric arc furnace smelting. Appropriate distribution of scrap steel feeding times or using continuous feeding is conducive to improving the smelting efficiency in the EAF furnace.
