采用粉末冶金法制备了铝青铜轴承材料,研究了烧结温度和压制压力对该材料密度、硬度和组织的影响。结果表明,随烧结温度升高,组织间孔隙逐渐收缩,同时总孔隙体积减少,密度先增大后略有减小,而硬度增加。随压制压力的升高,孔隙和界面减少,硬度和密度升高;当烧结温度升高,Ti颗粒与基体金属逐渐熔到一起。
Aluminum bronze bearing materials were prepared by powder metallurgy method. The effects of sintering temperature and pressing pressure on the density, hardness and microstructure of the material were studied. The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature, the interstitial pores shrink and the total pore volume decreases. The density increases first and then decreases slightly, but the hardness increases. With the increase of pressing pressure, the pores and interface decrease, and the hardness and density increase. When the sintering temperature increases, the Ti particles gradually melt with the matrix metal.
