目的分析和评价许昌市传染病网络直报卡审核及时性,为进一步提高网络直报质量提供依据。方法选择传染病网络直报质量综合评价体系中的审核及时性指标,对2005-2009年许昌市《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》报告的乙、丙类传染病报告卡的审核时间进行统计分析。结果 2005-2009年许昌市传染病网络直报卡审核及时率为99.35%,从2005年的98.49%逐年提高到2009年的99.91%;不同县(市、区)之间、不同年度之间、按周一到周日不同工作日录入报告卡时间统计的审核及时率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中,周六网络报告卡的及时审核率最低。结论随着监测和管理水平的不断提高,许昌市传染病网络直报卡审核及时率大幅提升。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the timeliness of online reporting card of infectious diseases network in Xuchang to provide basis for further improving the quality of direct online reporting. Methods To select the audit timeliness index in the quality evaluation system of infectious disease direct online reporting, and to conduct statistical analysis on the audit time of Report Cards B and C of Xuchang Reported by Disease Surveillance Information Reporting Management System in 2005-2009. Results In 2005-2009, the timely rate of online reporting of infectious diseases network in Xuchang was 99.35%, up from 98.49% in 2005 to 99.91% in 2009; the annual rates of infectious diseases in different counties (cities, districts) There was significant statistical difference between the two groups in the reporting time of card entry on different weekday days (P <0.01). Among them, the timely rate of online report card on Saturday was the lowest. Conclusion With the continuous improvement of monitoring and management, Xuchang infectious disease network direct card review and timely increase significantly.
