本文较深入地分析了变极性(方波交流)等离子弧焊电弧稳定性问题,并在试验基础上提出了新的方法。克服了主电弧负半波时的主、维弧相互干涉和钨板烧损等缺点,提高了电弧的稳定性。在焊接铝、镁及其合金时阴极清理作用明显。
In this paper, the arc stability of plasma arc welding with variable polarity (square wave AC) is analyzed in depth. Based on the experimental results, a new method is proposed. Overcome the main arc negative half-wave of the main, dimensional arc interference and tungsten plate burning shortcomings, improve the stability of the arc. Cathode cleaning aluminum, magnesium and their alloys obvious role.
