旅游资源(古街区、旅游景点)的开发与保护是一个聚讼纷纭的老问题,也是一个在世界范围内都难于定论的大问题。一般而言,在经济发展刚起步的落后地区,赞同旅游资源的开发和利用的观点占主导地位;在发达地区,赞同保护旅游资源的观点占主导地位。旅游资源开发和保护的矛盾是在旅游业的不断发展的大背景下所凸显出来的一个问题,具体来说,在西方是随着“二战”后经济的繁荣发展而出现,在中国则是随着80年代改革开放的深入而出现。本文以成都宽窄巷子为例,在总结现有开发保护模式的基础上,提出古街区、旅游景点开发与保护的基本评价标准。
The development and protection of tourism resources (ancient streets and tourist attractions) is an old problem with ample divergence of lawsuits as well as a major issue that is difficult to be determined in the world. Generally speaking, in the backward areas where economic development has just started, the view that endorses the development and utilization of tourism resources dominates; and in developed areas, the view of supporting the protection of tourism resources dominates. The contradiction between the development and protection of tourism resources is a problem highlighted by the continuous development of the tourism industry. Specifically speaking, in the west, the economic prosperity and development after the “World War II” appear. In China, With the deepening of the reform and opening up in the 1980s. Taking Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley as an example, this paper presents the basic evaluation criteria for the development and protection of ancient blocks and tourist spots on the basis of summarizing the existing development and protection modes.
