本文讨论圆柱型螺旋弹簧纵向振动,扭转振动及横向弯曲振动,给出各种边界条件下固有频率的结果。弹簧杆的截面可以是圆形,方形和矩形等。由于考虑了螺旋角的影响,所以对疏圈螺旋弹簧和密圈螺旋弹簧均可应用。弹簧是大家所熟悉的,被广泛应用于各种工程中的机械零件。根据其使用目的不同,制造成各种型式,如圆柱型螺旋弹簧,塔式螺旋弹簧,蟠弹簧,盘弹簧,板弹簧等等。最常见者为圆柱型螺旋弹簧,由于其弹簧杆是一条空间曲线,故其静力计算和动力计算,均较为复杂。在静力计算方面,A.M.Wahl,石原康正,N.P.Chironis,W.A.Wolf等著作中均有详细地论述。本文对圆柱型圆形截面弹簧杆的螺旋弹簧,考虑到螺旋角的影响,讨论其纵向振动,扭转振动,以及横向弯曲振动。
In this paper, the longitudinal vibration, torsional vibration and transverse bending vibration of the cylindrical helical spring are discussed, and the natural frequency results of the various boundary conditions are given. The cross-section of the spring rod can be circular, square and rectangular. Due to the influence of the helix angle, it is applicable to the sparse coil spring and the dense coil helical spring. Spring is familiar to everyone and is widely used in various engineering mechanical parts. According to their different purpose, made into various types, such as cylindrical coil spring, tower coil spring, coil springs, disc springs, leaf springs and so on. The most common type of cylindrical helical spring, the spring rod is a space curve, so the static calculation and dynamic calculation are more complicated. In static calculations, A.M. Wahl, Ishihara Masanori, N.P.Chironis, W.A.Wolf and other works are discussed in detail. In this paper, the longitudinal and torsional vibrations, as well as the transverse flexural vibrations, are discussed in terms of the helix angle of a helical spring with cylindrical circular cross section.
