最近,高层领导人多次指出,搞好企业关键在于要配好企业的领导班子。进入世纪之交,企业领导层普遍进入新一轮的新老交替。接力棒应怎样传下去,新人要如何才能承担起接班的重任?这是一个社会各层面普遍关心的问题。为此,我们组织了这一组文章供领导者参考,并使当事者通过案例思考,从某个侧面对我党任人唯贤的组织路线、干部“四化”的方针、德才兼备的原则和关于接班人是在多方面的实践、在革命斗争的大风大浪中成长的、选择领导要坚持民主集中制的原则等观点,有进一步的理解。
Recently, senior leaders have pointed out on many occasions that the key to doing a good job lies in matching the leadership of enterprises. At the turn of the century, the corporate leadership has generally entered a new round of replacement. How should the relay baton go down, how can the newcomer take on the task of succession?
