随着企业劳动定员管理在企业人力资源开发与管理中的作用越来越重要,做好企业劳动定员的意义不言而喻。同时,在进行企业劳动定员管理的过程中,适当的运用排队论理论往往可以起到事半功倍的效果,本文介绍了一些可以运用到企业定员管理的排队论模型,并以一个具体的例子证实了排队论理论在企业定员管理中确实可以发挥重要作用。
With the increasing role of enterprise personnel management in the development and management of human resources in enterprises, the significance of doing a good job of enterprise labor is self-evident.
