党的十八大报告指出,努力建设学习型、服务型、创新型的马克思主义执政党,确保党始终成为中国特色社会主义事业的坚强领导核心。就农村基层党组织而言,贯彻落实好党的十八大精神,要努力建设农村服务型党组织,着力提升为民服务水平,始终保持党同人民群众的血肉联系。福建省南平市顺应农村改革发展新形势和农民群众新需求,探索建立“六要”群众工作法,取得了巨大的成效,受到农民群众的普遍欢迎,也为我们加强农村服务型党组织建设提供了宝贵的经验。
